Genuine career opportunities alongside a growing business About the Role: As our Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to person for selling and promoting our range of oil products to mechanics and businesses in the aftermarket trade industry.
Your mission?
To expand our customer base, build rock-solid relationships, and keep our clients thrilled with your expert sales strategies and product know-how.
Deliver financial performance targets for the accounts within your territory.
Work collaboratively with Client Managers and Technical BDM to maximise performance of Key Accounts across the portfolio.
Building effective relationships with your customer base, while always looking out for new opportunities to improve and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensuring compliance with our code of conduct and a systematic approach to risk reviews.
About You: Demonstrated sales or customer service background within the automotive oil / lubrication or aftermarket trade industry will be highly regarded.
A natural people's person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You will have basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email and CRM systems.
