We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and promoting our products and services in the Fraser Coast region.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving business objectives.
Key responsibilities: Identify and prospect new customers within the foodservice industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and catering businesses.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of food products and services.Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, consistently striving for excellence in performance.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Requirements: Proven experience in sales within the foodservice industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.Sound knowledge of food products and foodservice operations, including an understanding of customer needs and preferences.Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving objectives.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the designated sales territory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).If you are a passionate and results-driven sales professional looking for a rewarding career opportunity in the foodservice industry, we want to hear from you!
