Your opportunity: As our valued Sales Readiness & Planning Lead, you will play a vital role in managing and contributing to the ongoing improvement of Telesales channels to optimise Revenue generation and customer journey experience. You'll draw on your sales experience to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the business objectives for Customer Sales and Retention.
You'll make impact by: Developing and implementing plans aligned to the functional strategy as set by the business across Consumer Sales & Retention for Vodafone brand.Working closely to plan, build, and execute GTM, operations improvement initiatives, Campaign rollouts & any sales initiatives to optimise revenue and customer outcomes.Leading initiatives, projects and delivering high level communication and documentation to project sponsors and other key stakeholders ensuring they are briefed on objectives, milestones, and progress through to acceptance, whilst always maintaining a customer/stakeholder focus.Delivering timely, high quality and insightful analytics, modelling and reporting of research data to support the implementation and evaluation of Sales strategies.Overseeing and documenting all aspects of projects planning and delivery including training and consultation services.Supporting the stakeholder engagement to influence consistency of Process standards, frameworks and tools across the sales channel and alignment to strategic priorities.Reporting project status to senior management and stakeholders and ensuring that they are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.What you'll bring: A tertiary degree in sales, marketing or business management or equivalent.Demonstrable sales leadership skills & experience managing large teams in diverse locations.A strong ability to interpret data and articulate solutions.Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and/or retention.Experience managing within fast-changing and complex industries.Competent with Microsoft suite Word, Project, Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ideally, you will also have: A love for data, making things happen and building incredible customer experiences.What's in it for you?
