Proud to provide customers a unique way of selling their homes, this firm has in excess of 25 years experience.Now due to their continued success, they are looking for a talented Sales Progressor to join their friendly team of 15.What's in it for youAnnual salary £28,000Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pmEvery other Saturday or Sunday, 10am-4pmDays/nights out50% discount on EA/Lettings Services, NEST Pension Scheme, Free FS ServiceWhat you'll be doingLooking after a manageable portfolio of propertiesUpdate and maintain notes for your portfolio, keeping clients constantly and fully updated with the progressLiaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agentsSending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchangeUpselling some of the recommended financial services/solicitorsWhat you'll haveEither Estate Agency Sales Progression / Conveyancing Experience
