The Sales Professional will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of motor homes and RVs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in motor homes and RVs.Showcase and demonstrate features and benefits of various motor home and RV models.Provide accurate information regarding pricing, specifications, financing options, and promotions.Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring profitability for the dealership.Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and payment options for customers.Coordinate with the service and maintenance team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent Great Southern RV and promote sales.Requirements Proven experience in sales within the automotive, motor homes, or RV industry preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Positive and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.Great Southern RV is committed to diversity and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
