About the Role:
Fresco is seeking a motivated, success-driven Sales Professional to join our team with proven ability to deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:
GAIN new business.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.
Manage and leverage our CRM system.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Collection and collation of market intel.
Assisting in the development of pricing and sales strategies.
Combatting competitor activity and threats to protect market share.
Delivering to quarterly and full year KPIs.
Being a brand ambassador for our portfolio of products.
Working closely with wholesaler partners and their teams.
Reporting and analysis of business performance.

What will make you successful:
The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, enthusiastic, and able to work autonomously to deliver business growth.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in a Foodservice or FMCG sales role.
Proven ability to win new business and meet KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Suites such as Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
A highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven approach.
Demonstrated strong project management skills with an ability to plan and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and responsiveness.
