Maverick Campers & Caravans is growing and has just moved into our new state-of-the-art showroom.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Maverick Campers & Caravans head office in Prospect as a Sales Consultant.
If you are a self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the 4WD, Caravan & Camping industry, we would like to hear from you.
What does the role involve? Act as the first point of contact for sales inquiries in the store and over the phone. Engage with customers about their holiday plans. Guide the customers through choosing the right product for their needs. Ability to work unsupervised. Honest and reliable work ethic. Professional appearance. Be involved in activities associated with the sale and delivery of the Caravans & Camper Trailers. Build relationships with existing and potential customers to create customers for life. National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one. Ensure customer satisfaction (NPS). Requirements What you need is:
Be a genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for customer service, the 4WD industry, or enjoying the outdoors through camping. Listen, understand, and be responsive to customer needs. Willingness to be coached and mentored by senior team members. Present yourself professionally, both in attitude and attire. Establish and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential customers and within all departments of our organization. What do we offer?
