Skills and Experience Required: Essential retail sales experience, ideally in a hardware store or tool shop.Strong knowledge of tools used in construction, woodworking, automotive, or DIY projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing inquiries and transactions efficiently.Basic math skills and POS system proficiency for accurate sales processing.Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
