Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, Google AdWords, and email marketing software.Key Responsibilities : Develop Marketing Strategy and Communications Plan:Create comprehensive marketing strategies and communications plans to align with company objectives and targets.Collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.Manage End-to-End Marketing Activities:Oversee all marketing activities from planning to execution, ensuring seamless implementation across all channels.Drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.Content Creation, Design and Updates:Design and update content for all digital assets (for example: Onboarding pack, Services Guide, Rate Cards etc) including company newsletter, brochures, proposals, and electronic presentations, to maintain brand consistency and relevance.Create engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and direct marketing campaigns.Develop compelling messaging and storytelling to resonate with our target audience.Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring:Stay abreast of market trends in the region and customize marketing programs as needed.Continuously monitor industry developments and best practices to innovate and improve marketing efforts.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.Reporting and Communication:Communicate marketing plans, activities, and results regularly to the management team.Track marketing campaign results, measure program success, and report on key metrics.Social Media Management:Develop and manage social media marketing strategies, including responding to comments, messages, reviews, and feedback.Stay updated on new online trends and digital marketing best practices.SEO and Google AdWords Campaigns:Take ownership of SEO strategies and Google AdWords campaigns to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the company's digital assets.Email Campaigns:Develop email marketing campaigns and track success metrics, reporting on key performance indicators.#J-18808-Ljbffr
