This position is open to be based in either QLD, NSW or VIC. About the role: Assist with reporting to analyse data quality review in data cleanse motionsAssist with Sales Reporting and Analysis as they pertain to Salesforce data normalizationProvide recommendations for process improvements to sales operations managers/leadersDevelop analysis, reports, dashboards and PowerBI reporting as neededDocument sales processes and tool policies to standardize practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to processesAssist Sales Leaders and Field Sales with Cadences and ReportingAssist with access requests to support onboarding/offboarding team membersResolve field Sales Support inquiries promptlyMonitor system adoption and data compliance with governance policiesEnsure compliance with the Johnson Controls Ethics Policy and Safety Policy About you: 2-3 years of sales operations or sales analyst experienceProven track record of promoting and utilizing CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce.Com)Proficient with Microsoft Suite of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBIQualified Salesforce.Com applicant (preferable)Strong tactical experience and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are interested in this role, please click the Apply now button.
