Your opportunity: As our valued S&OP and Inventory Manager, you will help grow, motivate and lead the S&OP and Inventory Team to ensure they are supported to achieve all levels of success and deliver to business goals by utilising your relationship building, management and organisational skills.
You'll make impact by: Owner of the S&OP processEnsure all Inventory financials/budgets/cash impacts are understood by all relevant S&OP stakeholdersBeing the key POC between Devices and Logistics Operations to ensure cross functional alignmentAccountable for the production and distribution of Inventory Financial ProjectionsA key stakeholder for Inventory and Supply relationships with all supply vendors, the operational escalation points as required.Identifying and driving continuous improvement within the both the Inventory and S&OP spaces that align with the strategic direction of the business.What you'll bring: Excellent relationship building skills, influencing and conflict managementExcellent communication & negotiation skillsAbility to facilitate conversation up to and including C levelExperience in stakeholder and cross functional working group managementExperience in liaising with Senior ManagementOutstanding communication skills (Written and Verbal)Strong understanding of Inventory management and financialsIdeally, you will also have: Experience in implementing process improvements/efficienciesStrong analytical and reporting skillsStrong Commercial AcumenWhat's in it for you?
