The Role: Monday – Friday Handle and ensure all compliance is completed by CSM's Become the go-to for all legislation Manage a team Facilitate training, hiring and team structure Ensure smooth operation Provide strategic management recommendations to the CEO and management team Regular communication with CEO The Candidate: Previous Operations Management experience in Real Estate Strong communications skills both written and verbal Strong MS Office skills (there will be plenty of PowerPoint presentations) The ability to travel across multiple offices Strong leadership, problem solving and organisational skills Strong presentation skills Excellent track record in managing a high performing team/business The Benefits: Competitive salary on offer Multiple office network that is at the forefront of the Real estate industry Receive your birthday's off Great team culture & team building events To Apply:
