J&J MedTech are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for driving exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. You will lead an agile sales and marketing coordinator hub team, work closely with key stakeholders, and the project management office in delivering consistent experience and consistent outcomes across MedTech ANZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement a high-functioning sales and marketing admin hubLead a cross-functional team to deliver seamless support for leaders and team membersOperate in an agile manner, shifting resources as needed to ensure consistent workloadProvide administrative support to broader MedTech business unitsCoach and develop team members Qualifications ABOUT YOU
