Providing general office and sales administration support;Administration functions to support the listing and sales activities;Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing materialDatabase management and data entry integrity as well as contact & calendar managementCreating social media and email contentUpholding professional standardsGeneral office administrative duties as requiredProviding professional communication to clients to ensure a positive end-to-end experience. The Candidate: Previous residential Real Estate experience in a similar rolePossession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver's LicenceStrong administration skillsOrganised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal & written communication skillsA proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focusStrong knowledge of the local area is essential!
