The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard-working team's day in order.
This position will see you utilize your administration, organizational and relationship management skills daily.
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
Offering administrative assistance to the Sales Department
Compiling Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotations, and Calendars
Coordinating marketing arrangements for upcoming listings
Preparing open-for-inspection packs and just listed/auction/sold letters
Publishing listings online, making necessary adjustments to price guides or details
Organizing and managing records and files for upcoming property listings
Collaborating with the Accounts and Compliance teams to ensure meticulous tracking of marketing funds and completion of compliance requirements.
Setting a precedent within the team by consistently upholding professionalism, adhering to office policies and procedures, and proactively approaching assigned tasks.
Collaborating with the General Manager in the implementation of new processes, policies, software, or initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
The Requirements:
Previous residential Real Estate experience in NSW
Possession of a Real Estate Licence & valid Driver's Licence
Strong administration skills
Excellent verbal & written communication
Organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
Strong knowledge of the local area is essential!
