Sales & Marketing Administrator

The Role:
Sales admin support to high-performing team
Prepare for listing presentations
Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot and past/building inspections
Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
Managing campaigns
Organise Saturday Open Packs & auction packs
The Candidate:
Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential
6+ months industry experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Great presentational skills
A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression
Be a motivated self-starter
