As they continue to expand, they're looking for a proactive, skilled, and experienced Sales Manager to join their team, playing a critical role in advancing their growth and presence in the steel industry.
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a team of 3 internal and 3 external sales professionals. You will be expanding their market presence, driving sales growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel industry. Implement new business strategies in order to create new revenue streams. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
