About the roleOur Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe.
Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our dream team of Account Executives in Australia.

What you'll be doingLeading a team of up to 15 Account Executives, owning all aspects of performance and developmentManaging your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales teamCoaching and supporting your team, creating best practices across the entire sales processTaking responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter on quarterDiscovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targetsCreating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut valuesWhat you'll need4+ years of experience in a similar role2+ years of sales management experienceThe ability to motivate and drive performanceExperience working within a performance management cultureDemonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesalesA keen interest in commencing a career in a high-performing sales cultureA degree in finance or business-related subjectBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
