Your Day on A Page Nestled in Wollert, located just 26km from the CBD, Sherwin Rise is Keyton's newest village in Melbourne's north.
Complete with resort-style facilities including a state-of-the-art Clubhouse and Wellness Hub, this village offers a vibrant community atmosphere for a commercially astute Sales Manager to thrive in.
With construction underway and the recent release of the next stage of the development, the village will boast 151 beautifully crafted homes once complete.
This role will be responsible for selling the new and established villas within the village.
The Sales Manager will be focused on: Working closely with a highly motivated development team and supportive village operations team Ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded Prospect generation through database management Working with the Village Management team on the Sale or Resale process Community engagement and supported marketing activities Qualifying leads, managing contact information, referrals, and appointments whilst ensuring that homes are ideally matched with the customer's preferences in mind Who you are: Current Agent's Representative Certificate Proven Real Estate or Retirement Living Sales (experience in off the plan sales is highly desirable) Ability to work to systems and processes A consultative, empathetic approach to finding the perfect home for our client's needs A passion for dealing with members of the community Self-motivated, with a "can do" attitude and strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills What we offer: Consistent income – (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus) Monday – Friday Well underway development with stock to sell Fitness Passport - discounted gym membership Paid parental leave - 18 weeks for primary carers 4x Wellbeing days off per year Community Day, Volunteer leave and purchased leave Salary sacrificing Discounted health insurance Annual vaccinations and skin checks Training and working with a supportive and fun team Career development and growth opportunities What do we do?
