Duties: Manage sales inquiries and provide high-quality sales counseling. Promote and showcase available accommodation and amenities. Collaborate with Community Services & Housing to maximise sales opportunities. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensure prospective residents understand the financial and tenure aspects of retirement living. Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans. Maintain client information confidentiality and accuracy. Skills and Experience: Essential Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales and achieving sales targets. Strong computer skills, including experience with databases and report generation. Excellent communication, organisational, and conflict resolution skills. Previous experience managing a small team with growth potential and excellent conflict resolution skills Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Valid Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle. Desirable Previous experience in Retirement Living, property services, community/aged care. Sales experience in property or similar fields.
