Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services) Astute Financial Management is a leading financial services company in the Finance Aggregation Space. We support over 650 finance brokers and financial planners throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for a person to work with our businesses in NSW, focusing on key relationships in Southern NSW and the ACT. This role is accountable for building and maintaining relationships with our members as well as attracting new members to the business. Working closely with our lending partners, this role is ideally suited to someone who has a background in Mortgage Aggregation or similar experience. Ideally, you are energetic, open, and experienced in Finance Aggregation and have an understanding of the key drivers to success in this industry.
Work of the Role Communicate and reinforce the Astute Strategic direction Recruitment and onboarding of new members and support members with recruitment in their businesses Internal & external communication Relationship & Sales Management Support for Member Businesses Delivery of key Learning and Development Days, both Digital and Face to Face Maintain Key Business Partner Relationships on behalf of Astute Experience Extensive Experience in Finance Services and the Aggregation Environment Demonstrated ability to develop & lead high performing sales teams Ability to network and develop strong relationships Demonstrated Commercial Acumen Advanced interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Demonstrated experience in Third Party relationship business models with exposure to Finance Lending Application Instructions Applicants should forward their cover letter containing telephone number and email address together with a detailed resume for consideration by selecting the "APPLY" button.
