The Role The Sales Manager of our Pharmaceutical Division will maintain an existing customer portfolio and attract and build new customers.
They will build depth and breadth of contacts within key customers and build the market knowledge of end products of which our caps apply.
Responsibilities Connect and collaborate with key business executives and stakeholders to increase market share within existing customers and acquire new customers.
Build strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
Collect and analyse data to understand customer behaviour and identity industry trends to anticipate future opportunities.
Prepare proposals and conduct presentations and negotiations with customers.
Use sales analytics and CRM tools to prioritise leads and measure success.
Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed targets.
About You Experienced and energetic Sales Manager with 5+ years experience in FMCG.
Proven record to reaching and exceeding sales targets and maximising product placement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to translate technical specifications into compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Experience with Pharmaceutical or Plastic Packaging is highly desirable.
