Sales Manager New & Used - Northshore

My client is looking for a New & Used Car Sales Manager who has previous dealership experience and is committed to achieving excellence. They may also consider outstanding Assistant Managers or Senior Salespeople.

We are looking for an energetic and inspired motivator who can bring a confident dynamic to the team. Initially, there will be a requirement for active sales as part of the role, while developing the proficiency of the sales team.

You must have strong leadership and people management skills to continue the development of the current sales team and take them to the next level by increasing sales, performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. You will also need to be highly motivated, organized, and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills to be considered for this role.

Although this is a small team (with reasonable sales turnover), your active involvement in the sales processes and management proficiency will be key to the yard's success. This is a great opportunity to prove your management abilities with a view of yard expansion or career advancement in the future. My client is very active in retaining key talent and will provide continued training to ensure ongoing career progression within their organization.
