ABOUT THE ROLE This position, reporting into the Project Director, plays a crucial role in the effective and efficient operations of the department; ensuring defined sales targets are met monthly and annually. You will also be responsible for assisting with the financial management of the site, staff recruitment and development, and internal and external customer satisfaction. ABOUT YOU You will have previous experience managing a high volume vacation ownership sales operation accompanied with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing the deal. You will have excellent coaching skills to support, motivate and empower the sales team to improve sales performances and achieve sales goals whilst leading by example in all aspects of the role. Crucial to this role will be the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships within the community and key stakeholders. A passion for sales, strong business acumen and a personal drive for success is an essential criterion for this role.
