Description The Role:

At Balgownie Estate, we are committed to providing individual holistic experiences that exceed expectations.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager on a 6 -9 month temporary contract to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and building strong relationships with customers whilst nurturing and leading the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and an understanding of hospitality processes is advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance Lead, train and guide the sales team to get the best results possible, fostering our core values of Be Sustainable, Be Collaborative, Be Innovative & Be Genuine

About You:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or 5 plus years experience Proven track record of success in sales management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Full working rights in Australia.
