Your day-to-day tasks: Lead from the front, driving sales and building relationships with customers. Manage the financial and occupational health of the store. Ensure all customers are provided an exceptional buying experience, every time. Inspiring a team to perform to high business standards. Training staff on features and benefits of products. Maintain stock and ensure store display is kept to a very high standard.
