Leadership Skills: You should possess excellent time management and communication skills, along with a strong, positive work ethic and the ability to inspire your team. Passion for Customer Satisfaction: A genuine love for making customers smile and enhancing their buying experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
