YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining multi-tiered relationships with key customers, leading and managing the sales team, negotiating and preparing customer supply agreements, and ensuring key business processes are being adhered to.
Minimum Requirements: Must have experience leading a remote sales team High commercial and sales acumen with a successful track record in B2B sales in high-volume, consumable products Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach people, and to develop and implement strategic plans to increase market penetration and gross margin Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative and embrace the new and unknown WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
