The Organisation:
Our client is one of Australia's leading agribusiness brands, with extensive domestic manufacturing facilities. They have built a vision based on long term, sustainable success for farmers and their product is highly regarded within the agricultural sector. They operate a number of strategically located facilities and have developed a flexible, viable sales strategy to provide both packaged and bulk solutions to end users.

The Position:
They have an excellent opportunity to join their national sales team, joining an experienced and established team and stepping into a role that will see you build relationships across Western Victoria. Working with farmgate customers, you will have a diverse portfolio and be a brand ambassador within the region, striving to achieve great results for your customers.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with their leading technical and production team to continue to expand their market growth and build sustainable and long-term relationships. You will be responsible for developing new initiatives and campaigns with these customers to ensure a consistent relationship across the customer base, but specifically look to deepen the relationship with ruminant market segments.

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years experience managing commercial sales relationships with a broad range of customers. Experience working with a range of smaller to corporate producers and discussing their input requirements. Sound technical knowledge of animal health and nutrition with a similar understanding of the Australian grains/commodities market. Experience working in a strategic commercial position would be beneficial. Developed communication and problem-solving skills. You will be a naturally collaborative person and use your stakeholder skills to influence outcomes. In return you will be joining an industry leading business, with the opportunity to work with a senior leadership team and manage a highly capable internal sales unit. You will ideally be located in South Western Victoria and be comfortable with travelling as part of your role.
