Sales Manager

Mitchdowd, a leader in fashion and lifestyle brands, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in managing major retail accounts, including but not limited to K Mart, Big W, Target, Best & Less, Woolworths, and Coles.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with key national retail accounts, ensuring mutual profitability and satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and exceed targets.Work collaboratively with internal teams across merchandising, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and promotion of products.Identify new business opportunities and maintain a proactive approach to market trends.Lead negotiations and manage contracts with major retailers.Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in managing major retail accounts, with a strong network in the Australian retail sector (especially with K Mart, Big W, Target, Best & Less, Woolworths, Coles, or similar).Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse sales data and use insights to drive business decisions.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for sales.What We Offer: A competitive salary package commensurate with experience.An opportunity to lead in a fast-growing and innovative company.A supportive and collaborative team environment.If you're a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a passion for retail and a background in major account management, we'd love to hear from you!
