Role Overview:
To develop relationships with qualified customers within the area of responsibility, resulting in the sales growth of Adecco Group. Performs all prospecting, sales, and solutions activities to increase sales/profitability. Plays a fundamental role in developing future growth and provides guidance, support, and advice to the Permanent, Staffing, and Delivery Teams. Defines sales plans and strategy within remit to obtain profitable growth.
Key Accountabilities: Lead the development of the sales pipeline. Individual ownership of a prospective portfolio. Sponsor of allocated "high" growth National and SME Accounts. Sales and service activity with prospective and existing clients. Setting and monitoring individual productivity and sales targets. Utilization of appropriate business tools and systems. Achieve an increase in the Sales Revenue from clients. Developing dynamic, creative, and specific sales strategies. Developing strategic plans and budgets to meet sales targets and increase revenue. Attending and assisting in the production and presentation of sales presentations. Approving quotations and terms and conditions of business. Maintain and develop existing client relationships. Adherence to Adecco policies and procedures as well as any statutory, legal, and ethical requirements. Completion of all required reporting and documentation (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. in accordance with Company requirements). Key Outcomes: Achieve budgeted sales as per KPI's. Actively work to grow the business at every available opportunity, continuously looking for business opportunities across all Adecco lines of business. Being actively involved in and leverage networking groups and opportunities. Responsible for maintaining productive working relationships with all service departments. Ensure that all sales are priced according to company guidelines to ensure profitability. Cross-selling to other brands within the Adecco Group. Establishment of effective client relationships. Arrange visits to prospective clients in line with metrics. Build client relationships through core client cycles and personal visits and engagement of shared services functions such as WHS, IR, Legal, Payroll to provide value-added services to clients. Build effective knowledge, understanding, and awareness of competitor activity and the industry and trends. Proactively develop, gain, and grow new business through a variety of means ensuring KPI's are met, including but not limited to:
Client visits TOB's Opportunities/Jobs Tender responses Telemarketing calls Networking Ensure 100% compliance with all The Adecco Group Policies and Procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or relevant service industry experience (ideally recruitment and/or sales). Considerable and demonstrated experience in a national sales capacity, including experience in the development and implementation of solution-based sales in a competitive environment (e.g., strategic selling and successful/profitable sales techniques and strategies). Sound knowledge of Staffing, Recruiting, and Consultancy processes and procedures. Extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, coupled with a work history of performing/undertaking recruitment activities. Relationship development skills and experience in dealing with the senior management of client organizations. Researching, planning, and forecasting market trends, and applying this analyzed data into effective business opportunities. Demonstrated strategic capability. Project management skills.
