Due to business needs, we're seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our team. In this role, you'll oversee our RV Sales dealerships in Penrith and contribute to our exciting future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities: Lead dealership operations with effective leadership and a "customer-first" approach. Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance profitability. Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring and motivation. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive growth strategies. Identify opportunities to expand market share and elevate customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry. Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving targets. Exceptional team leadership and management skills. Extensive background in sales with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
