Our Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for an organized, efficient, and dedicated Sales Manager to mentor and lead our high performing sales team.
The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture and will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Coaching and leading your team, both on the road and in the office, is a great balance for any seasoned Sales Manager. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and creating a culture conducive to managing high-performance sales teams are essential to the success of this role.
Safety is the number one priority in our business and being able to drive compliance is paramount.
The key responsibilities for this position include: Drive business growth through developing, communicating, and monitoring sales strategies and targets. Drive and passion to meet and exceed KPIs. Have a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring your team. Support growth through sustainable and ethical sales to existing and new customers. Assist your team to secure major accounts through prospecting, submissions, presentations, tenders, and negotiations. Assist team in building Share of Wallet opportunities. The key requirements for this role include: Solid experience with proven results within a previous Sales Management role, preferably within a Service Industry. Previous experience in Washroom Hygiene is not a requirement, however, would be highly advantageous. Proven track record in field/territory sales. Ability to work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure a great customer-first experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and direction to the team. Background dealing with Government entities will be advantageous, but not essential.
