Holman is seeking a passionate National Account Manager.
The National Account Manager for RWC Retail (Bunnings) is responsible for driving strategic relationships with a key account (Plumbing) within the Bunnings retail network.
This role focuses on maximising sales growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective account management and collaboration with internal teams.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to influence change.
The role is hands-on and will suit a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter that thrives on challenges.

Experience in the plumbing industry will be highly regarded.

Intermediate/advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products and highly developed presentation skills will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Bunnings to understand their needs and business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Bunnings-related inquiries and issues.
Sales Strategy Development Create, implement and drive comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Drive sales initiatives and promotional activities within Bunnings, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with Bunnings' customer base.
Performance Monitoring Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
Use data analysis to evaluate account performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Work cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Engage with various departments to ensure all RWC team members are well-informed about product offerings and promotions.
Reporting Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications
Education : A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful but not essential.
Experience :2+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in retail.
Experience working with key accounts or in the plumbing sector is advantageous.
Skills :Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
