Our Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for an organised, efficient, and dedicated Sales Manager to mentor and lead our team of Initial Sales Consultants.
The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture and will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Coaching your team on the road most days, you will enjoy freedom from the office and consider yourself an excellent time manager.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and creating a culture conducive to managing high-performance sales teams are essential to the success of this role.
Safety is the number one priority in our business and being able to drive compliance is paramount.
The key responsibilities for this position include: Develop, communicate, and monitor sales strategies and targets to drive business growth Lead the sales team to success through continuous improvement Support growth through sustainable and ethical sales to existing and especially new customers Secure major accounts through prospecting, submissions, presentations, tenders, and negotiations Development of new business Expansion of service scope to existing customers The key requirements for this role include: Solid experience with proven results within a previous Sales Management role preferably within a Service Industry Proven track record in field/territory sales Ability to work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure a great customer-first experience Previous experience in Washroom Hygiene is not a requirement, however, would be highly advantageous Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and direction to the team Background dealing with Government entities will be advantageous, but not essential.
