Staffbase, one of the fastest-growing internal communications platforms, is searching for a game-changing APAC Sales Manager to lead our team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Executives.

Reporting directly to the VP of APJ, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic sales cycles, mentoring rising sales stars, and taking our business to new heights across the APAC region.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney with co-working days at our Sussex and Castlereagh space on Mondays and Thursdays.
If you're within 90 minutes of the office, you'll be collaborating in person at least twice a week during core days, contributing to our dynamic, fast-paced culture.
What you'll be doing Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development, Product, and other interfacing teams to drive success and prioritize where the team invests resources (both locally and globally- EU)Lead weekly pipeline meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to manage their pipeline, accurately forecast, and attain monthly & quarterly goalsStrong understanding of the Staffbase product and our value proposition within the market.Build and engage a sales team (5 AE's and 2 BDR's) to support revenue targets for the business across the region all based out of Sydney HQ.Work closely with APJ VP & Sales Enablement to identify strengths and areas of development for Account Executives based on current skills, processes, and knowledgeMonitor teams sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainmentBe able to teach others how to sell but also be able to sell, yourself, when required (i.e.
You may need to show your AE's how to do something first, before you can expect them to do it comfortably and consistently themselves)What you need to be successful Proven experience and passion for coaching and mentoring members of the sales team10+yrs of quota carrying sales experience as an Account Executive + Sales Manager in high growth SaaS/technology orgs with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targetsStrong track record managing various size & complexity of deals and negotiating, structuring and executing complex sales agreements within Enterprise Segments.Experience working with Customers and Partners across APACStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBeing a leader that is comfortable being hands on (e.g.
