Job Description NCS Australia is growing, and we are looking for exceptional sales leaders to be part of our expansion journey. If you're an experienced professional with deep expertise in the telco industry, this is an opportunity to take your career to new heights. As a key player in our team, you'll help shape the future of telecommunications through innovative technology solutions that drive real results for our clients.
We are seeking individuals who not only understand the complexities of the telecommunications landscape but also come with established networks that can be leveraged from day one. Your ability to build and nurture relationships will be crucial as you lead campaigns that align with our clients' strategic objectives. At NCS, we believe in creating initiatives that not only solve problems but accelerate success— and we need you to help us achieve that vision.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing cutting-edge sales strategies. You'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable results, using technology to transform the way our clients operate and grow.
Qualifications Previous experience in originating large, complex pursuits at a technology consultancy, systems integrator or professional services organisation
Proven Senior Management experience, focusing on the Communication, Media & Technology Industry
A strong background in sales with established network of telecommunications contacts
Proven track record of success in strategic sales leadership
The ability to drive complex bids, RFP and RFQ's
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels
A passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales success
A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations
