Sales Executive - South West (Perth)

About the role We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our Selleys Retail Sales team for a 12 month fixed term maternity leave contract to support the South West territory (spanning across Bibra Lake to Margaret River).
You'll focus on providing a high level of professional service and field representation for commercial and independent hardware stores.
You will leverage your customer insights to create sales opportunities that deliver value to our customers.
In this autonomous role, you will predominately be on the road visiting your customers to gain sales and influence buying habits in your territory.
When you're not out on the road, you will be calling customers and planning for the days ahead, booking meetings and developing plans for growth in your territory.
With health and safety as a top priority, your days will involve training staff, merchandising whilst focusing on sales budgets, and meeting KPIs.
This role offers variety and the right amount of challenge that will keep you learning and growing your knowledge and skills.
You'll also be surrounded by an experienced close knit team who will support you to succeed in your role.
This role looks after high-volume stores, so a passion for numbers and building relationships with a variety of store managers and staff is imperative.

Skills & Experience Solid sales experience Strong business acumen and a strategic focus Ability to understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills including experience using a sales CRM Willingness to travel overnight (once a month)
