An opportunity exists for a Certified Practicing Valuer to consolidate and build on our presence in Kalgoorlie. Key tasks of the role include: Undertaking valuations for mortgage security. Undertaking valuations for corporate and private clients. Promoting our services to a network of professionals and building a regional client base. Ensuring high quality and clear standards when undertaking valuations and preparing all documentation. Liaising with the administration team for operational efficiencies. Developing a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs. Developing and maintaining effective communication with relevant parties. To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following: Tertiary qualification in property related field, qualified as Certified Practising Valuer. Licensed Land Valuer in the state of Western Australia or the ability to obtain license. Highly organised and able to work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience undertaking residential mortgage security valuations. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality reports within client time frames. Independent thinker with sound decision making skills. Knowledge of regional areas desirable. Commercial experience is desirable. Local knowledge is preferred but full training provided to the successful applicant.
