An end to end Developer and Builder , this Melbourne based business creates both residential and commercial properties that enhance and transform communities.
With 90 staff and growing, this values driven company are seeking a  passionate  and  ambitious  candidate to become part of their expanding  Display Suites , located in and around  Melbourne .
About the role Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, drive sales through the successful execution of the sales campaign initiatives.
Manage the presentation of display suits, provide exceptional sales service to all incoming buyers, maintain the database platform and optimise online listings.
Join a collaborative team of 3 who proudly deliver high performance results selling off the plan .
This role is ideal for a goal oriented team player with the drive to succeed!
Duties: Assume responsibility for valuation inspections and provide reporting to the Sales and Marketing director Have the ability to curate tailored listings for projects and conduct display opens Assist with design, product mix, pricing and strategy  Review and optimise online listings to ensure information and pricing is accurate Provide reports from display opens, weekly lead enquiry reports and attend weekly sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team Work closely with the Settlement Manager during settlements Ensure the standard and cleanliness of display suites are maintained with feedback provided Skills & experience: Prior experience in a similar role Availability for  weekend work (Mon/Tues off) Victorian Agents Rep Certificate A current drivers license Experience using SalesForce advantageous Possess exceptional personal presentation  Click  APPLY  or email your resume to ******.
