CK-JD-0053 Full-Time Sydney , Brisbane , Melbourne + 1 locations 5+ years Job Title: Sales Executive - Professional Services Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Auckland Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in selling IT solutions or professional services, including implementation, consulting, and optimization services, focused on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities: Sell Enterprise software services, including implementation, consulting, and optimization services Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed sales targets Stay up-to-date on the expanding portfolio of products and services Cloud Kaptan covers, as well as industry trends and activity.
Requirements: 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience and proven track record of success in software solutions or professional services (e.g., consulting, implementation) ideally focused on Financial Services Industry Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) Understanding of broader Enterprise IT ecosystem in areas such as Test Automation, DWH / BI, AWS and emerging AI technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
