Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives. Identify and engage key stakeholders within target industries, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Stay abreast of market dynamics, adapting sales strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving landscape. Consistently surpass monthly sales targets by actively generating new business opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline. Conduct effective prospecting activities, including cold calling, to arrange meetings and cultivate potential customer relationships. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to convey enthusiasm and value propositions to customers and colleagues. Requirements Thrive in a Dynamic Environment: You excel in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused work setting, where initiative and adaptability are highly valued. Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of experience in prospecting and closing deals as an individual contributor within the lead generation/performance marketing industry. Digital Sales Proficiency: Showcase a proven track record of success in new sales, with a particular preference for experience in digital sales. Exceptional Communication Skills: Articulate your enthusiasm effectively to customers and colleagues, fostering positive relationships and collaboration. Based in Brisbane or on the GC.
