Our Client: Our client was founded by two young Directors who knew there was a better way to deliver well-priced properties to investors who needed guidance in their wealth-creation journey. Now in their 7th year and having helped hundreds of Australians (many who have come back to purchase 2nd and 3rd properties), this national Property Investment firm is going from strength to strength and can't keep up with demand. This is where you come in!
NB. They are 30% first-time investors and 70% multi-investors.
The Role With incredible marketing and promotion in place, ALL enquiry is inbound and each Consultant is provided an average of 5 leads a day.
Day To Day Will Include: Undertaking outreach calls to book your prospective client in for an initial fact-find meeting (mostly online)
Conduct Strategy Sessions to fully understand current financial positions and future goals
Make recommendations to clients on suitable investment opportunities according to their circumstances
Provide pre & post settlement support to clients (with the support of your Admin team)
Build an ongoing relationship, and conduct periodic reviews to support clients to continue to build their property portfolio over time
Provide regular feedback to the Marketing and Operations team in relation to process, product, or service improvements
Specific Requirements: This will suit someone who has experience in a similar role, i.e.
Investment Sales or House & Land sales experience (1+ year)
Must be able to work from the office 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Be passionate, high energy and self-motivated
Confident in delivering information, strong numerical capability and possess proven influencing skills
