Your primary responsibilities include however, not limited to: Drive revenue growth through effective sales activity in identified markets, proactively building a solid pipeline and successfully converting opportunities to achieve KPIs.
Ensure sales activities contribute to strong margin growth by strategically assessing clients and projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
Collaborate with the Natural Resources sales team and other business unit sales teams to share opportunities, work on cross-functional initiatives, and grow both new and existing client accounts.
Identify strategic opportunities through market analysis and sales development.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders while upholding a commitment to customer service excellence.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for service enhancements or new offerings.
Collaborate on onsite lab sales proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs and tenders, ensuring project scope, schedules, and budgets are accurately planned and communicated.
Work with the National Sales and Marketing team on strategic initiatives to develop cross-promotional synergies and programs.
Represent the organization at industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and conventions.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have the following: Experience working in the sales environment. Experience working in a minerals laboratory environment.
Knowledge of onsite laboratory operations in mine-site settings.
Familiarity with the mining and minerals industry.
