Look no further! We are now on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join our passionate and achievement-focused team in New South Wales. This role services the Northern Rivers region including Ballina, Casino, Lismore, and Tenterfield. If you are based in Ballina or the surrounding area, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will play an integral part in the continued growth of our enviable brand portfolio, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider, and seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as Furphy, Tooheys, Heineken, Guinness, Hahn, Stone & Wood, White Claw, and Little Creatures, to name a few! What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like? You will work with our established on and off-premise customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising, promotional planning, and execution, with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers' hands. You will travel to our customers' venues to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them. You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution. Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team. Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers. What are we looking for? Customer and consumer-obsessed individual, you'll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships. Sales experience: you may come from an FMCG, retail, or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated to partner with our customers and have a drive for results for our customers and Lion. A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm. Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments. A full, clean driver's licence, as well as the ability to work in Australia on a permanent basis.
