Based in Sydney or Adelaide, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join us as a Sales Excellence Specialist Channel and Partner & Digital Buildings. Reporting into the Director Commercial Excellence you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, tools, and processes with a focus on driving Pipeline, Platforming, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Sales Incentive Plan, in support of the Sales Excellence Business Leads. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to: Collaborate with Sales Excellence Business Leads to drive pipeline growth and capture new business opportunitiesSupport platforming initiatives by promoting and ensuring adoption of key platforms and digital toolsEnhance sales force effectiveness through targeted training programs and ongoing supportContribute to the design and management of sales incentive plans to motivate and improve sales team performanceAbout you: You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are an astute communicator with ability to lead strategic insights. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role within the power products or digital buildings industryGood analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategiesThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work effectively with cross-functional teamsIf you're passionate about driving sales excellence and ready to take on this exciting challenge, we want to hear from you!
