Sales Estimator - New Home Builder

Our client offers a stable, dynamic, empowering, and financially rewarding working environment to incumbent staff.We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Estimator, based in a busy office in Brisbane.
You MUST have a minimum of 3+ years of Sales Estimating experience in a similar capacity, ideally with New Custom Homes or high-end renovations, preparing and calculating initial Sales Estimating and preparation of tender and variation costs from information provided by the Sales Department.Key responsibilities (but not limited to):Complete estimating from tender documents and variations.Prepare inventory items and assemblies in an estimating package for common items.Ensure correct quantities are in the BOQ's and complete on-site measures and take-offs when required.Liaise with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure a cohesive approach to the construction process.Check contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction.Liaise with Construction Supervisors and Managers.This is a hands-on role where you will confidently demonstrate an understanding of the estimating workflow process, be interactive, flexible, and progressive in your thinking.For further information, please contact Sam Bushby at or email for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
