Sales Estimator

THE COMPANY: A well-established residential builder with a reputation for delivering townhouse and multi-unit, medium-density projects is seeking a motivated up-and-coming Sales Estimator to join their team and contribute to exciting medium-density construction projects.
If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry, this could be the perfect role for you!
THE ROLE:   Provide reliable sales estimates and pricing recommendations for competitive bid submissions.
Assist in developing sales budgets and provide insights into potential sales outcomes.
Track market data, historical trends, and competitor activities to predict future sales volumes and revenues.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure all communication aligns with company values.
Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and senior leadership teams to align sales budgets with business objectives.
Recommend and implement changes to improve sales estimating efficiencies.
