Your main tasks and responsibilities: Planning, support and follow-up of sales activities in line with the sales strategy and defined processes.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Preparation of technical and commercial proposals in co-operation with the Tendering Team.
Negotiating tender and contract terms with key accounts, to meet both client and company needs.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to reduce commercial risk and to maximize future business opportunities.
Maintain and monitor up to date knowledge of competitor products and activities.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Solving client challenges.
Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
To succeed in this role, you will need: Tertiary Qualification – Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Sales experience and strong product knowledge with pumps and associated equipment.
Solid ability to build and maintain client relationships.
The ability to work in a team environment.
