Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Sales Manager, the position will have responsibility for Sales Activities with customers in Victoria, NSW, Tasmania, and South Australia.

This role will involve: Demonstrated success in a Technical Sales role (preferably linked to the Oil and Gas sector) A recognised qualification in Engineering (Mechanical Preferred) or a related Technical Field Customer focused with a commitment to pursue a career in Sales and Business development An ability to learn about new products and concepts and share knowledge with customers and colleagues Strong communication skills written and verbal Some knowledge of rotating equipment Exposure to a modern CRM system (Salesforce preferred) An Australian Drivers license Please ensure that any application includes a cover letter that specifically addresses the requirements plus a resume showing your current qualifications and experience.
Requirements Responsible for the planning and performance of all sales activities.
Supporting Customers directly by collecting relevant technical information and liaising with Engineering and Customer Service to provide accurate quotations.
Providing regular reports, forecasts, market and competitor information and customer feedback to the Company.
Participating in trade shows on the local and national level.
Analysing and understanding customers' needs on Equipment, Parts, Maintenance, Service and Upgrade options.
The position is full time onsite Monday to Friday.
